[resolved] Updated to Authorize.net PRO now recieving error messages (4 posts)

    I have recently updated to Jigoshop Authorize.net PRO Gateway: 1.2.1 now I get an error code when anyone makes a transaction using Authorize.net.

    This is the error from the error log that is emailed to me:
    Response Code: 3
    Response Subcode: 1
    Response Reason Code: 103
    Response Reason Text: This transaction cannot be accepted.

    I'm using Jigoshop Version: 1.11.3

    Hi corbenic,
    Are yo sure the config of plugin is fine?
    Does it work back if you switch to previous payment gateway?
    Regarding https://wordpress.org/support/topic/view-order-page-not-working?replies=2#post-5931418 - can you check if it works if you switch to standard theme?

    The previous Authorize.net plugin stopped working when I updated to the jigoshop update just before this one. It was installed in 2012 and has worked fine until I was forced to upgrade jigoshop because the invoices were no longer printing. The website is live and I don't want to change the theme for a test if I don't absolutely have to. The config of the plugin is the same as it was when it was working.
