I recently had issues upgrading to 3.4 from 3.2. I was able to upgrade to 3.4 by deactivating plugins one-by-one. I had the DB Reloaded Cache Fix plugin.

Last night, I know I was able to login to the admin panel but now, I can't. I get a 500 Internal Server Error.

    Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.webbythoughts.com/wp-admin/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

    The site is http://www.webbythoughts.com.

    What I've done so far:
    - deactivated plugins via phpmyadmin
    - set the theme to Twenty-eleven
    - copying wp-admin and wp-includes from a fresh install

i still can't get in the admin panel. Need help badly.

Have you delete the cache folder?

CMIIW, by mentioning CB Reloaded Cache Fix Plugin, I'm assuming that it has a cache folder. WordPress itself doesn't have a cache folder.
