Updated to 2.5.1 from 2.5 yesterday, things were fine now ERROR

I’m getting this statement when I try to access my site at http://www.hitthosekeys.net/wildkeys/

Error Establishing Connection with Database

I also can’t get into my admin dashboard.

I’ve checked with my host and there may be a problem there. Is it possible for high traffic to mangle the connection? Or did I somehow break it when I upgraded?

I have posted successfully since the upgrade, so I’m thinking the problem is most likely with the host — but would appreciate knowing if anyone else (especially anyone hosting with bluehost.com) has seen this.
