Updated title not reflecting!

    My WP blog at http://www.peppyburro.com/#/blog is still showing the old blog title even though I updated it to something else in my WP-admin General Settings page. On some advice, I even cleared my browser cookies and cache and refreshed my session but the problem persists. How can I get it to show the update?
