  • Hi!

I have got the same trouble today when updating the sociable plugin with a general message of fatal error everywhere… I came here to post my question and here is the 1st answer I got.

Even so as I am not a soft engineer I still cann’t manage the situation and have no more access to my dashboard and extensions as everywhere appears this so interesting message :
Fatal error: Undefined class name ‘self’ in /homez.378/laverite/www/wp-content/plugins/sociable/includes/class-sociable_Admin_Options.php on line 63

I cann’t access anymore to the dashboard and to any extension uploaded from wordpress…The Fatal error message is all over the place; no button from the dashboard is actually working normally!

Here is the 1st feedback from the forum I got. It must be of importance but even so, I still need some help.

“FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the wp-content/plugins/sociable folder.”

If you come to know better than I do how to manage the situation just send me a message via the forum, if this one is of any help!

I am french and need to greatly understand step by step what to do!

    Cheers

    Hi!

Did you try to delete the plugin and install it again?

The problem is that I have a fatal error message everywhere and that I cann’t access anymore to any button on my admin page to delete any plugin! That makes my understanding harder!

Thanks for any help or exlanation that would help me !

    Hi!

to solve this problem you have to get enter to your FTP, and remove the folder “wp-content/plugins/sociable”, remeber just “sociable” folder
and this will solve the problem

    thanks!
