• Hi,

I’m having issues trying to get updates to my website to show on the live site. Basically, what happens is it’ll be fine during the initial load and show the new website, but then during the second and concurrent times I try to visit the site, it shows me a botched old version of the site.

I changed the menu, added a section, changed the wording, changed the logo, added posts, and changed the wording on the copy. On the second tries, it shows me the old logo (only it’s a botched version of the old logo) and old menu, and none of the new sections that I added.

    Action steps already taken:
    -Purging cache through CloudFlare
    -Purging cache through WordPress plugin
    -Clearing browser cache
    -Re-updating site
    -Disabling caching WordPress plugin
-Restoring to another version of the site from when it was working
    -Finally, pausing CloudFlare

I suspect that it’s a cache error, but I can’t find any other possible places to purge cache? Any advice?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

Were there any changes done to the domain DNS settings, such as any A records, or NS changes?

You may want to check once with your hosting provider if they have any other caching at their server level
