When I update a plugin with WPRemote, the plugin is left deactivated. I've seen this happen with Login Security Solution and WordPress SEO by Yoast.

Hi Robert! Apologies for the late reply. If this happens again, it would be great for us to check it out. Please email support@wpremote.com

I just emailed support, since I've been having the same issue. Here's what I sent:

For the past few weeks, WP Remote hasn't been reactivating plugins after updating them. Specifically, I've noticed it with Jetpack, BackupBuddy, User Role Editor, Easy Columns, and Easy Fancy Box.

This has resulted in dysfunctional contact forms, broken layouts, missed backups, and even users prevented from logging in (in the case of User Role Editor). As far as I can tell, this has happened to all the sites I use with WP Remote, on several hosts (Hostmonster, Bluehost, GoDaddy, DreamHost, and SiteGround).

I need to reactive the plugins to keep the sites working, but please let me know how I can help troubleshoot. I'm afraid I'll need to stop using WP Remote until this is fixed.
