# Updated plugin-it disappeared

 * I updated the Updraft Plus plugin this morning and it disappeared!
    I tried to
   reinstall and got a “can’t install, folder already exists.” Yep, I’m confused.
   I’d sure like it back!

 * thanks, but I don’t know anything about FTP, etc. I am very sad that this happened
   since using Updraft works so well.

 * If you’re not familiar with FTP, you can use your web hosting company’s control
   panel (usually cPanel). Go in there, find the “File Manager”, and delete the 
   directory wp-content/plugins/updraftplus.
 * Alternatively, install any of the available “File Manager” plugins for WordPress,
   and do it via one of them.

 * Thanks, David. I used File Manager plugin and found that file easy as can be.
   
   I’m non-technical, so appreciate the ease of doing this.
