Hi garygerbrandt,
It could be an issue with either your theme or a plugin (or even multiple plugins) not being compatible with your updated WordPress installation. Since it sounds like you are even having trouble navigating the dashboard area, I would recommend forcing WordPress to fall back to the default theme and disable plugins. You can force WordPress to use the default theme by renaming your current theme folder using either FTP or your web host’s File Manager. You can rename individual plugin folders to delete them or rename the entire plugins folder to disable all plugins.
Hope this helps!
Hi ChristiNi,
Thanks for the advice! Now I just have to figure out how to access my file manager… Hahaha!
Best
Gary
Hello garygerbrandt,
Glad I could help! Your web host should have information on how to use file manager or FTP. I see you’re using ANHosting. I couldn’t find online documentation but in case you didn’t have it handy, here’s the link to contact their support department:

Good luck!

@leonavae
it’s pretty rude to come to someone’s post and ask for help.
go create your own thread
Hi, Richard.
