Updated content only shows after accepting all cookies

Hello everyone, I’m having an issue with the cookie, since it will only show the updated version after accepting all cookies.

https://prnt.sc/1b17hwc – The issue on this image is already fixed and have been implemented to the live website, I also didn’t accept the cookie in this time.

https://prnt.sc/1b17yyo – BUT after I accepted all the cookies and refresh the page, it will show the updated version of the website.

I currently dont use any caching plugin for testing purposes.
