It is always possible that Contact Form 7 didn’t install or update correctly on your site. It’s a general problem with WordPress updates due to the unreliability of internet connections.
Delete the plugin folder at wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/ and install the plugin again.

The same Problem. But i can’t install it again, on both ways it will not work. If i put it in the directory by ftp or go over menue ‘instal’. After i checked the install button, the same whit plugin-site will shown.
by the way: if there are problems with the new worpress update-system, why it wouldn’t displayed by sending update informations?
Know i sit here in front of a disturbed system an lost my time.
