 * If I change my plugin’s name will an existing user be able to upgrade and get
   the new name or will they have to download the plugin again?

 * If you just change the plugin’s name but keep the same SVN directory, users should
   still be able to upgrade. But they may get a bit confused, so some sort of pre-
   warning might help.
