update WP multilang 2.2.2 to 2.2.3 error

    After update 2.2.2 to 2.2.3 on my test server i get:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘&’ in D:\Instant WP oud\InstantWP_4.5\iwpserver\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wp-multilang\includes\class-wpm-menus.php on line 40

    Problem fixed.

    New install of InstantWP on a test server with the latest PHP 7.1.xxx.

    And the update from 2.2.2 to 2.2.3 is working.
