Update WP link to new redirect link

Hello,
I had installed word press and spread few links to my work over internet. But now I am planning to update my website and change the theme. As I change the theme I realized that the links which I had sent everyone does not work now I just want those link to redirect to same project with different address.
Is there any possibility to have this working??
