Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php
file and the /wp-content/
directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

That is mostly correct. It’s fine to replace wp-config-sample.php but *do not* replace wp-config.php.

Look for it in the directory above your installation. You might have moved it, and that’s fine, just don’t replace it. 🙂

It’s ok, if you can’t find it, then you can’t replace it. 🙂
You’ll have to access your server via SFTP, FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel to do all of this.
@julol…
As you have an account with your host, you can access the “file manager” from your account, and it is not difficult to direct you there.
But first, can you login from here? http://lehirart.com/wp-login.php
