   version 0.9.1 of Course Review add-on with support PHP version 5.3.x+ and provide
   language file to translate.

    One suggestion: I’ll be happy if I can translate the words‘
   ratings’ and ‘ rating’ in `template/course-rate.php` line 13-14.
