Update User Answers (backend)

I’m using the cloze question type (which means I have to anticipate how many ways a user can type an answer). Is there a way to go into the answers and update the user’s points? I don’t want the quiz takers to lose points just because they found a slightly different way to write the answer; I would like to go in and update correct/incorrect to accurately reflect what they wrote.

If this doesn’t exist, would you please add this functionality?
