 * i have following situation … a wordpress instance in an isolated system, so wordpress
   has only access to given urls. currently wordpress cannot indicate whether updates
   for plugins and wordpress itself are available. now i need to know the urls wordpress
   uses for the update requests so i can allow the system to access them.
