    I just updated to the latest version update. After the update, the update completed screen showed. When I then tried to navigate to another section of the Dashboard I am met with a blank white page. When I try to look at the site from the frontend….I am once again met with a blank white page. Is there a way to go back to the previous version of the plugin?

    Hey @beermoney can you please enable debug in wp-config.php and let me know the error you are receiving ?

    I saw that you had just released version 3.11.6 in this topic. So I downloaded that version and copied the files over via FTP since I couldn’t access anything through the site and it’s now fixed.

    Most likely it was the similar thing cause of your PHP version.

    I just looked now that I am back into the Dashboard and we’re using PHP version 5.4.45. So, that is probably what caused the issue.

    Most likely that was the issue yes. You should get your hosting to update their PHP version since the latest PHP version is now at 7.0 but that’s a different discussion
