Update to WooCommerce 2.5.2 Slows SE Down to a Crawl

Hello.
We have been using SE in our client’s site, dreammakerspas.com and loved it loved it. We added it for the metadata search capability, so that search could include product SKUs.
After a plugins and WP update yesterday, now SE is down to a crawl, takes a good 30+ seconds to yield results, and it does correctly, but the user thinks it’s not working because of the huge delay.
Is there any solution you offer if we want to keep using your plugin under the WC and WP versions?
We understand there might be a cost for your work, and we’re willing to contract you guys for this.
