  • I think you need to ask here: https://www.woocommerce.com/my-account/tickets/

I don’t know about that. I have a free woo commerce plugin for wordpress. Woo commerce.com says it will only answer questions for people with a paid subscription and to ask questions for a free account on this forums panel.

    What do you mean by

It has been over thirty days and my subscription has not renewed in woo commerce in wordpress

    ???

A customer has subscribed to a product that is suppose to take the subscription amount out of their credit card account every thirty days. Thirty days was up on March 4th and the order is still saying on hold in my WordPress woo commerce interface. Also, not showing up at all in stripe as processing or otherwise.

What plugin do you use for subscriptions?

    Hey @cmarshall01!

Since we haven’t heard anything in a while regarding the question about which subscriptions plugin you are using, I’m going to mark this thread as resolved, but want to also provide a little more guidance in case you eventually check back here.

You mentioned that you don’t have a paid subscription in order to get support/open a ticket on WooCommerce.com, so I assume that means you are likely using a different plugin than the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension that we sell. If that is correct, you should be able to contact the developers of the subscription plugin that you are using and get some assistance from them for this problem.

However, if you are using WooCommerce Subscriptions (developed by Prospress) and have an active subscription, you can submit a ticket on our site and it will be forwarded to them to help you figure out what is happening. If you are using that extension but don’t have an active subscription, you can renew that license or re-purchase it and then Prospress will be able to help you with this issue via ticket.

    Hope this helps!
