Update to pro version in WordPress 4.9?

First and foremost is that your approach is wrong of using old WordPress and old plugin software. There is a reason why new updates are released and the most simple reason that you should consider is that if you dont use latest versions of the software then your website is exposed to security issues and numerous errors.

Hence, as a general rule of thumb, always use latest software no matter what the software is.

Second, we do not provide any support for old versions and the reason is simple. It is because people are expected to update wordpress and thus we update our software in compliance with it. And thus we recommend every customer to do the same.

Third, we have come a long way in developing better auction software. You were using old plugin of our professional version. And we have developed new software and both are based on woocommerce and for a good reason.

You should not be using old Wordpess versions but you should always keep updating WP to its latest version. We are not sure why you think that as a problem.

Of-course our software will always be compatible with latest versions of WP and that is why we had recommended you to update WP and then purchase our latest software and set it up and start auctioning.
