    I found this plugin through a search and it looks to work great, however google is moving to the analytics.js to replace the _ga.

    Since only some basic stuff changes under the covers could you make this an update with checkbox to choose?

    https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/

    With snippet from page.

    <!-- Google Analytics -->
    <script>
    (function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
    (i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
    m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
    })(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga');

    ga('create', 'UA-XXXX-Y', 'auto');
    ga('send', 'pageview');

    </script>
    <!-- End Google Analytics -->

    Thanks!

    In addition:

    "All Google Analytics properties will soon be required to use Universal Analytics. Any properties that don’t follow the upgrade process will be auto-transferred to Universal Analytics in the future."

    Have you tried the plugin? It does already provide an option for the new GA codes.

    I didn't even see it the first time though. Thanks!
