I did the one-step update and now this message comes up whenever I try to go to my site or my administration page

“Cannot activate! FPW Post Thumbnails plugin requires WordPress version 3.3 or higher!”

    Can’t access my dashboard anymore.

    What can I do?

    gives a step-by-step to downgrade your wordpress…

or you can contact your host via live chat and see if they can revert your site to previous day’s backup (some will do this… mine did)

Thanks for your help! I contacted my host and they were able to resolve the problem. Apparently it was an issue with a plugin…

I have the same problem. My host is godaddy and did the downgrade to version 3.5.1, but the problem persists.

Is there any other solution ?. I’m thinking remove wp-content / plugins / post-thumbnails fpw directory. Does this help or would it be something worse?

My host said that it might be a problem with the plugin not updating to the new version of WordPress. I would try removing the plugin, but no promises

I just had to rename the plugin directory and the page came to life.

Now to wait for the update
