Update to 2.0.7 Loses Relationship to User Images

    I recently updated one of our sites to the latest version of this plugin and in doing so all users who uploaded a custom avatar using the functionality of this plugin lost their image. The images still exist, I can find them in Avatars -> Library. But they seem to have lost their connection somewhere. All users now just show the default avatar in both the website’s theme as well as in admin.
