Update to 2.5.9 caused all sites to create 2 extra fields

    Hi,
    We just updated all of our sites to 2.5.9 and now on every single site, there is 2 fields to enter the username and 2 fields to enter the password. We need to enter the username into both and password into both in order to login, otherwise the error pops up that a field is empty.

    I looked through the settings but can’t find anything to turn this off.

    How can we fix this?

    We have already fixed that issue, please update to the newest version 3.1.5.

    That fixed it, thanks! For whatever reason, all of our sites updated to 2.5.9 and they showed that it was the newest version and didn’t give updating to 3.1.5 as an option. We had to export the settings on each site, uninstall the plugin, install it again with 3.1.5 and import the settings. Now it’s all operational.
