on further examination
it’s (v.0.1.9) interaction with some themes (premium say kleo buddypress theme) is currently problematic while v.0.1.8 was fine.
ok with TwentyTwelve, Buddypress Default, Buddy Default (modemlooper -github)
I looked into this and we needed to add back the line that enqueues the jquery ui dialog script.
Ditto – solution was as above and was also provided to me by support at the Kleo Theme, which, btw I find so far, to be a truly excellent buddypress theme.
Fix coming now!
My apologies for this, I tested the changes against a few themes but didn’t see any issues.
I must get a copy of these the Kleo theme. I’ve a poll coming soon with a few questions covering everyone’s site setup.
Thanks for outlining the error, and highlighting the fix!
No problem. I dont work for seventh queen (the developers of Kleo) but I contribute code to them. Anyhow if you have anything you want me to test or help out with, let me know. Currently kleo has a likes for posts. I’m thinking of combining this plugin with the current kleo code.
But I should mention, I haven’t talk to them about it yet.
I found another issue. The plugin breaks the Kleo sticky main menu. Moving bp_like_insert_head to the footer fixed it.
