There was a problem with the last update. Sorry, don’t know the version number, but it was within the last 5 days? but probably the last one provided.

At the top of the plugin page it said that it failed as mailpoet.php (I believe) couldn’t be found and so MailPoet went inactive.

I just tried to install it again and it says the directory already exists.

I cannot find any other way to access the folder, but I don’t want to delete it because I assume I’ll lose my customization and subscribers.

    What happened, MailPoet?

  • Hi @mstissa

You’ll need to delete your MailPoet plugin files from your website by going to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder on your website files.

Rest assured, deleting those files won’t make you lose any data as all of it is saved on your database tables instead.

After I delete the files do I just reinstall and it will automatically see that I have e-list settings and subscribers?
