Update Theme Version – Mise à jour du thème

On my website, I use the theme 1.0.4 (but I modified directly files such functions.php, comments.php, featured-content.php, header.php etc.). If, one day, there is an update of the theme (for example to 1.0.5) and if I make the update, I know that I lose all the modifications that I brought to the theme in 1.0.4 (and I have to resume my files one by one to make again my modifications).
Is there a way to make the update 1.0.5 while keeping the files which were modified under 1.0.4?

Sur mon site, j’utilise le thème 1.0.4 (j’ai notamment apporté des modif à des fichiers tels functions.php, comments.php, featured-content.php, header.php… etc). Si un jour il y a une mise à jour du thème (par exemple en 1.0.5), si je la fais, je perds toutes les modifications que j’ai apporté au thème en 1.0.4 (et je dois donc reprendre mes fichiers un à un pour de nouveau faire mes modifications).
Y a-t-il un moyen d’effectuer la mise à jour 1.0.5 tout en conservant les fichiers qui ont été modifiés sous 1.0.4 ?
