 * Hi, Alex!
 * There was a proposal to update the plug-in, and then entered the data for ftp
   access. The data received, but the refresh icon turns for several hours. Nothing
   happens. I decided to remove and reinstall the plug-in, but he fails. Now I’m
   in a situation that can not be updated plug-in and remove it, I can not. The 
   problem in hosting or plugin?
