Update showing (but can’t find it)

    [Using Version 1.7.2 with WordPress 5.4]

    In my WordPress Dashboard, beside Forums there is a (1) indicating there is an update/new post, etc. In the sub-menu, the Members area has the (1) beside it. However, if I go through all the members, I cannot tell what is ‘new’ and triggering this update.

    How do I find the cause of this (1) and remove it?

    Could you please leave some screenshot? Do you have banned users? It means one user is banned.

    Hello. Yes, I have one banned user. I just deleted him. Now the notification is gone. Thanks!
