 * hi .
    i installed this plugin on my website 1.what is the format of shortcode
   to be added if i want to show only updates in my activity stream . i dont want
   other options like new members,friendships ,comments etc. 2.how to allow users
   to post updates from that page itself 3. i have 2 types of users. one is a subsciber
   and other a contributer . (a)i want only contributer to post updates in activity
   stream and subscriber can only see what the contributer updates . is it possible
   with this plugin (b) i want to give the subscriber option to see the updates 
   of only the one whom he follows (made friends with ) is it possible.hoping for
   a positive and quick reply . regards nikhil

 * 1.[activity-stream action=activity_update]
 * 2. [activity-stream action=activity_update allow_posting=1]
 * 3. Sorry, you will have to handle the restrictions yourself for the posting. 
   If you want to limit the display to contributor, you can do that
    [activity-stream
   role=contributor] It will list contributor’s activities only.
