 * If you have added URIs to options>writting>update services, when you save of 
   publish and entry are you supposed to “see” the pings, like with mt.
    I am pretty
   sure that update services is not working for me and I am trying to work out why.
   Am I missing a check box somewhere? Running wp 1.2 URIs added: [http://rpc.pingomatic.com/](http://rpc.pingomatic.com/)

 * Nope, you won’t see the pings.
    Have you tried self-pinging a previous post ?
   There was a site to test your ping I think, linked from Photomatt, but I can’t
   see it .. anyone ?
