Update result through API

Hi,

Is there any way to update results in a specific event or simply create a new event and add scores to it ?

I’ve been trying to achieve this with WP-API but seems to have no access to sp_ table where post_id is linked with sp_result.

If yes, i would be grateful if you could send me a basic PHP example.
