Update Profile button does nothing

    When I update the couple dozen or so fields and click “Update Profile” the button goes light blue, and then everything stays that way. Nothing is updated on the profile.

    If I refresh teh page nothing has changed.

    I don’t run caching plugins, but the server is running NGNIX, which does server caching, but this doesn’t appear to be the issue.

    For the record, if I do try to submit without completing any required fields there is no warning or other indication fields were missed.

    Confirmed with hosting company nothing is being attemped to write to the database. We disabled all other plugins, and still can’t update any of the fields.

    Hi @bebizzy,

    Can you please check the error.log file and see if you have errors there?
    You can find an error.log path in nginx.conf file, if you are not sure how to do it I suggest contacting your hosting provider for assistance.
