Update products with new files

Hi @ricsca2,

Every time I upload a new file, new products are created for me even if I set the same Unique Identifier for the 2 files. How can I do?

A “New Items” import can’t recognize products created manually, or by other imports, regardless of the Unique Identifier.

When possible, it’s best to create one “New Items” import and continually update it with an updated import file: http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/recurring/update-import.

Otherwise, you can use an “Existing Items” import: http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/recurring/manual-record-matching/.
