 * I just updated to the latest release of WP and now I cannot access my admin panel.
 * What do I do?
 * I get this error message now when trying to access the admin area
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_IF in /home/content/31/11908331/html/
   wp-admin/admin.php on line 34
 * The website still works fine at [http://www.uswcastlegar.com](http://www.uswcastlegar.com)

 * I found the issue. A semi-colon was missing on the end of a line above line 34.
 * How can this happen with an update to WP?
