 * I HAVE PROBLEMS TO UPDATE MY DATABASE:
    (OR SHOULD I JUST WAIT; I CANNOT ENTER
   AS AN ADMIN IN MY PAGE AFTER TRYING TO UPDATE. please give me some help

 * You’ve been doing this automatically or manualy?
    If first one, try to do it 
   by yourself. Here you go what you need to do: Download the WordPress Zip file
   from wordpress.org Unzip it on your server Locate the WordPress folder Copy and
   paste the contents of this folder into the main folder of your site You should
   not try to access your site’s dashboard

 * i did the update by myself
 * i downloaded also wordpress zip file and also found the folder
 * what you mean with the main folder of my site
 * i cannot anymore nter as admin into my dashboard
