# Update problem

 * I’m trying to update the Give plugin on my staging site from version 3.0.3 to
   version 4.16.5.
 * Everything seemed to be working—I can see donations and donors—but I can’t see
   the campaigns, either in the menu or when I click on a campaign’s name from a
   donation, and I get the error message “You do not have permission to access this
   page.”
 * When I go to Tools –> Data, I still see several tasks pending, but it’s been 
   stuck on “Cache campaign data” for 15 hours now.
 * WordPress, the theme, and the plugin are all up to date.
 * I’ve attached screenshots and [reports](https://admoemiliaromagna.it/site-report.txt)
   from the site—any suggestions??
