For now the only way would be by exporting your products, copying the regular price and pasting it in a new column for the cost. And then you’d have to import it.
In case you try that, it’s a good idea to name the cost column as:
"Meta: _alg_wc_cog_cost"
That will make the column be automatically mapped on the import

If you’re using the default export page from WooCommerce (All products > Export), the CSV generated will have the “Cost” column present, as long as you have the Cost of Goods plugin enabled.
If the plugin is disabled you’ll need to check the option “Yes, export all custom meta” when generating the CSV.

That plugin won’t export our cost column, at least not for now.
We can take a look later if you want.
But I was talking about the default WooCommerce export.

Can you please make sure that our plugin is enabled before you try to see the “Cost” column in the “Which columns should be exported” option?
Also please make sure that you have our plugin installed. Sometimes our plugin is confused with other ones.
If it is enabled and the cost is still not present, try to select the option “Export custom meta?” and take a look if the column will be present in the CSV generated. In that case the “cost” column will be there as “Meta: _alg_wc_cog_cost“
