# :Update Post – suddenly missing

 * All of a sudden, I can’t make changes to my posts. The buttons are missing.
 * Only “Publish” and “post tags” are on the right and they are non-clickable.
 * I updated to the latest WP version two days ago. I have over a hundred posts.

 * make sure the installation was correctly done..
 * also try deactivating all the plugins

 * I deactivated the plugins, and I still don’t have the buttons back.
 * When I installed the latest WP update — it had said update successful, plus I’ve
   put up a few posts since then.

 * How did you fix it?
 * I deleted my wp-admin folder, and copied a fresh download back in, no luck!
