Update Post and Modified date

Hi !

Basicly when we update a post, we have two reason :

– correct gramatical errors
– update the informations

The thing is that there is just one way to update post, a way wich modify “modified date @ time” of a post.
The thing is that I have “modified time” on my theme, and i don’t need all user to see the modified date if the post was only modified for grammatical purposes.

Is there a way to update post without updating the modified time ?

This can be useful for “last updated post” style widget : we do not need to have a post which has just a small gramatical correction on to of the list. Real updated content is what matters.
