 * I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing a crashing issue after updating BetterDocs
   on your website which should not be actually.
 * Is there any error message shown on your website? If so, please provide the screenshot
   or URL so that we can check the error message.
 * Besides that, you can provide us your Site Health Information from **Dashboard
   > Tools > Site Health > Info > Copy site info to clipboard**: [https://d.pr/i/KDbAny](https://d.pr/i/KDbAny)
 * And simply just paste it here. This will help us to reproduce this issue on our
