# Update page error

 * When I publish/update a page, it leads to a “page cannot be found” page sometime.
   
   I think maybe some code results in the error. Last time I use the following code:
 * <meta HTTP-EQUIV=”REFRESH” content=”0; url=http://www.mydomain.com/index.html”
   >
    and the page.php leads to a http 400 bad request page.
 * Anyone knows what’s wrong with it? Thanks.
