 * Can anyone please tell me whether if there is a mailing list to subscribe to 
   get email notification about every WP release?

 * WordPress has many [mailing lists](http://lists.automattic.com/mailman/listinfo)
   but none for that purpose that I’m aware of. In addition to the built-in notification
   in your dashboard keep an eye on the official dev blog.

 * Thanks, but i have subscribed to that list a long time ago and never received
   new release notification.
    I have just reported website bug to WP. Hopefuly they
   will respond and fix that bug.
