# Update not installing

 * I’m trying to install the latest update to Wordfence and I keep getting this 
   error message, “An error occurred while updating Wordfence Security: The package
   could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central
   Dir Record signature”
 * Why am I unable to install the latest update?

 * It looks like the zip file is not uncompressing. Do you have storage space left
   on your server? Not enough storage to unzip could be the problem.

 * It worked today. That may or may not have been the issue. According to my web
   host (I called them today about what I didn’t realize may have been a related
   issue) one of the sites on the shared server with my site was getting hit with
   a DDoS. So this morning/afternoon they migrated me to another server. I tried
   the update after that. That’s when it worked. So I am not sure if it was the 
   space issue and now the site has more on the new server or that I when tried 
   it yesterday the service on my site was intermittent.
