Update New URL

I installed this plugin on a temporary domain, and once I switched my site over to my permanent domain, I deleted the plugin, cached my website, and reinstalled the plugin. However, the plugin still kept my old URL in the settings, how can I fix this? 2 of the fields are grayed out and won’t let me manually alter the URL.
