Update logs

I would like to see WordPress have a list of updates (core and plugins) that have been done for the last X weeks/days. I’ve been having a problem with a plugin after an update and I can’t remember which version I started out with.

Although I have backups and the plugin isn’t critical, it would be nice to be able to see that Feb 12, 2013 at 5:35am I updated X plugin from version X.X to version X.X.x instead of having to restore the whole site to troubleshoot. It would help immensely if there are conflicts, especially if there were many updates at once.
