    Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to api.pingomatic.
   com:80 in /home/oqjwbmie/public_html/blog/wp-admin/update-links.php on line 26
 * any help would be great

 * Just when I am loading the page it comes on top og the page.

 * I get this same error on my cron job report. Each time it runs (once an hour)
   I get the same error listed above:
