 * I’ve upgraded this site to https but am unsure how to change the links in the
   Ebook store. Any advice much appreciated.

 * The plugin itself should work after proper https upgrade, if links are still 
   showing without https, most likely in the database of wordpress, it’s not all
   properly migrated.
